I am Patricia H. Wagner, CPA. I am a 1968 graduate of Wooster High School, Wooster, Ohio and a 1972 Graduate of Wittenberg University Springfield, Ohio with a degree in Business Administration and Accounting, minor in Economics. I was a former insurance industry accounting supervisor and college accounting instructor. I have been in private practice, since 1982 specializing in small business issues and setups under the corporation of PHK CPA, Inc.

We are located in Seville, Ohio but encourage hearing from people with needs from anywhere. My staff now includes another full-time tax professional, Sue who is a Baldwin Wallace College graduate in Business. Additionally, we have two part-time accounting assistants who assist us with everything. They are currently Nancy and Laura. I am a current member of the AICPA, the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants - Akron/Canton Chapter, and Jerusalem Lutheran Church. I am also a three-time women's golf Club Champion at Westfield Country Club, and a former low net winner in the Akron District Golf Championship. I am currently making a serious attempt to get my game back after several summers of not being able to play much...there's always another summer and another shot!!
